Lisa looked after our Golden Retriever Molly for us during our wedding in September in Oxford, she was absolutely fantastic - and Molly loved her!

She was fully flexible and accommodating to our forever changing plans and timelines throughout the 7-8 months of planning which was really helpful. Lisa was easy to talk to, professional at all times and even spent a few hours with us a few months before the wedding to meet up so that Molly could meet and get to know her.

Lisa made sure to take Molly on walks, took her to quieter parts of the venue to make sure that Molly had her downtime as well as looking pretty at all times and brushed! We were not worried about Molly at all during the day and knew she was in safe hands and that's exactly what you need on your wedding day!

We were also pleasantly surprised to get lots of professional photos of Molly at the wedding that we didn't know about as Lisa worked closely with our photographer to get these. Not to mention, Lisa also put together a beautiful behind the scenes video of Molly after the wedding to share with us which was really sweet!

We highly recommend Lisa to look after your dog at your wedding, she will not disappoint and deliver above and beyond. We will definitely think of Lisa in the future when we need Molly looking after. Thank you Lisa, we really appreciate your help at our wedding.

We got planned our wedding knowing we wanted to have dogs there, but the registrar threw a spanner in the works and only allowed our dog at the ceremony. Lisa and her colleague were absolutely fantastic with the 3 other dogs attending our wedding, looking after them from the run-up to the ceremony until after the posed photos were taken, which really relieved the pressure from us.

Lisa was very flexible throughout the planning stages and adaptable on the day when one of the dogs refused to walk! We even received a few photos of the dogs out and about which was a lovely treat.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say and feel about Lisa at Hearts & Hounds. Our beloved pup is an Akita, so she can be a rather daunting sell for a lot of people, but she warmed to Lisa so quickly. Lisa made it so that our day went over without a single hitch. We were comfortable and felt that our girl was so very safe with her. It meant so much for our baby girl to be there with us, and I will forever be grateful to Lisa and her sterling service for enabling that to happen. :') <3

Lisa looked after Coco for three days during our wedding at Thythe Barn and she was fantastic. Lisa picked up Coco the day before the wedding and brought her to the venue the morning of the wedding for photos and to see the guests. When Coco arrived she was really well groomed and looked very cute in her outfit. Lisa followed our instructions perfectly and everything went so smoothly.

Its always worrying to leave your little pooch with someone we had only met once before, but it all went perfectly and Hearts & Hounds are brilliant. So much so that Coco is going back to stay with Lisa when we are on holiday later this year. Perfect little holiday for Coco who loved spending time with Lisa and her amazing family.

Unbelievably brilliant. Jake and Lisa really went out their way to ensure that Finney (and I!) were comfortable and secure in the knowledge that Fin would be well looked after.

On our wedding day, Lisa and Jake were fantastic. They had the welfare of Finney at the top of their priority and ensured that he was happy. They helped with the photos and ensured that they were there to help and assist.

Our dog had the most wonderful stay with Lisa and her lovely family. A real home from home holiday, where I know he was fussed and given lots of love. She also brought him to our wedding so we were able to get some photos with him on our special day which was just brilliant. Thank you so much for everything!
